Founded by Illinois native Mike Newhart, Midwest Softwash and Pressure Wash serves Central Illinois, St. Louis Mo and parts of Indiana. Mike started the company in 2010 because he wanted to provide homeowners with a valuable service that would help save them money while restoring beauty to their home. He experienced that many roofing contractors either were simply unaware that visible black streaks on the roof were a treatable issue or they were taking advantage of homeowners to get them to buy a new roof.
